  • We only accept returns on defective/damaged merchandise. 
  • If you feel you have received a defective/damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery or pick up date at: [email protected]
  • We cannot provide exchanges or holds due to limited inventory.
  • We DO NOT refund if you order and do not recieve on your timeline.  Please order accordingly to allot for processing and shipping time needed.
  • SHIPPED ITEMS.  You will need to purchase your own return label to ship back to start the return process.
