Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped either USPS or UPS.
All orders CAN take 3-5 business days to process, not including weekends regardless of method of shipment elected.
Please Note: We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Priority Shipping/Express Shipping is not guaranteed as we are not responsible for any delays caused by the USPS or UPS. Please allow a 3-5 business day time frame for us to process your order from the day the order is placed. Regardless of method of shipment selected.
We are not responsible for any orders lost in transit nor are we responsible for any damages that may be caused while in transit via USPS or UPS. If your package was lost, you would need to contact your nearest USPS post office or UPS office and provide them with the tracking # that was sent to you once we shipped your order. Please note this becomes a matter between the customer and USPS/UPS. We cannot replace your package because it was lost, it is a risk we all take when ordering online. It is rare but be aware this can happen.
NIS ITEMS: If an item is found to be NIS from you order, we will issue a refund for that item at the time of shipment. Please allow a standard 3- 10 business days to see the refund post to your bank account. Thank you!
PREORDER ITEMS: If your order contains a PREORDER item, we will not be shipping your order separately. We will ship all items in the order that your preorder items arrive.
